Worktribe Archive provides tools for the managed compliant archival of digital materials with a full audit trail.

Worktribe Archive enables both manual and automated archival of documents, tasks, folders, projects and entire libraries.  Automated archiving is achieved by assigning records management rules which automatically monitor and archive documents according to corporate policies.

Worktribe Archive supports both online and offline archiving, and integrates with Worktribe Search and Worktribe Metadata to tag archived content and make it available for immediate retrieval when required.  The module also integrates with Worktribe Reporting to enable one-click generation of audit trail documentation for any library, project or portfolio.

With built-in templates for industry verticals, Worktribe Archive makes it straightforward to manage regulatory requirements for records retention (e.g. regulatory requirements for financial services and pharmaceuticals).
