Worktribe Digital Asset Management
Worktribe Digital Asset Management provides central digital asset libraries with brand materials for easy reference by approved internal and external teams. The system:
- Provides specialised tools for managing various digital file formats including images, audio, video, PDF and office documents
- Enables all digital assets to be automatically thumbnailed with full previews in the browser and allows multi-gigabyte files
- Automatically places all digital assets under version control in Worktribe libraries and specialist tools streamline the upload and download process through a web browser
- Allows images to be downloaded as the original or as a custom variant
- Allows administrators to update copyright and watermarks
- Provides a workspace for each project, with areas for briefs, timing plans, pack copy and master artwork. All documents are automatically versioned, with comments automatically added to the audit trail.
Worktribe Digital Asset Management also provides the following:
- Worktribe Annotation enables reviewers of image, PDF, audio and video files to place their comments in-situ at the relevant part of the document; or image files and PDFs, reviewers can click on a particular point in the page to make comments; for audio and video files the reviewer can make comments against particular timecodes in the audio / video stream. All comments are collated chronologically alongside the document, linking directly to the relevant page section or timecode
- Worktribe Reference provides services to link related assets, with in-place previews of cited materials along with version-controlled links to the full asset resource
