Worktribe Web-to-Print
Worktribe Web-to-Print is a platform that creates documents in an approved brand from a library of materials. It offers:
- A secure login that enables access to the library of visual materials that can then be templated with approved brand materials
- Customised artwork to include localised information for national organisations
- An automated system that exports and publishes versions for different platforms; i.e. a report built in Worktribe will automatically be exported to the main website for download as a PDF with a high-quality version sent simultaneously to an authorised print broker
- An Automated Approval process that is streamlined with Worktribe Workflow to ensure quick delivery
- Management of monthly quotas, budgets and workflows for approval of orders, order tracking and fulfilment. This includes a traffic light dashboard to enable management to view the status of current orders and a series of high-level graphical reports demonstrating sign-off times against predefined schedule.
