We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Partner to join our expanding, friendly team. You will be joining the business at a very exciting time and will play an important part in our further growth and success.
The right person is someone who enjoys working with customers and is proactive in all aspects of account management. You are exceptionally talented at developing and nurturing strong working relationships with existing clients and providing a customer experience that is professional, supportive and adds value.
You will primarily be responsible for managing a continuous improvement programme for each of your allocated clients. This will include ensuring that you understand the strategic goals of that institution, planning proactive engagements with them, and helping them to get the best possible return on their investment in Worktribe systems.
You’ll will also work on referring new business opportunities and focusing on existing customer engagement for marketing opportunities, retention, renewal and revenue growth. This will entail working closely with our sales and marketing team to meet the ongoing demand for Worktribe’s products across the sector.
You will balance having regular, virtual and face to face contact, with the support of the sales, implementation and/or product teams as appropriate.

Required Abilities
- A minimum of 3-year previous experience successfully managing customer accounts and success, ideally from a similar industry; Higher Education, SaaS.
- Passion for customer engagement and success, and proven ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
- Qualifying potential further sales opportunities in conjunction with the Sales team.
- Aptitude to understand hierarchical organisations, the internal and external factors that impact on them, and how to manage and influence relationships within them.
- Flexibility to react quickly to changing market conditions.
- Proven skill in understanding the competitor landscape.
- Meet retention and satisfaction targets.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicator (KPI’s) within the Client Partnership function.
- Ability to input on and deliver strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction.
- Strong team working skills, across multiple business functions.
- Ability to pick up complex software products quickly from a functional as well as technical perspective.
- Be able to work from home in meetings with a range of stakeholders, dealing with diverse queries in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; with key strengths in listening, negotiating, and conveying information.
- Excellent communicator; strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate also has:
- SaaS industry experience.
- Relevant qualifications in communications, marketing, business or a related field.
Location and Travel:
- The successful candidate will be home based, with travel to our Bristol office and clients as required.
- Requirements may flex with changing business needs and external factors.
