The opportunity:

Worktribe is a successful, friendly and fast-growing SaaS company providing a market-leading research and teaching platform for universities.

During this period of expansion and growth, we are recruiting a new Digital Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts forward. We are seeking an individual to further promote our platform and market-leading reputation in the UK higher education market.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Manage social media and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Create strategies and update digital marketing content that will support the organisation to achieve its aims as part of the overall marketing and sales plan
  • Create copy and material for a range of mediums including case studies, emails, social media, and press releases
  • Maintain and develop the company website
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website that attracts engaging new leads
  • Manage and review Worktribe’s Google Ads
  • SEO management and optimisation
  • Plan and implement multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms
  • Measure, analyse and report on campaigns against goals (KPIs)
  • Create graphics in line with the company goals and brand guidelines
  • Basic ad hoc editing of video content
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with Sales and Client Partnership teams to deliver on business objectives through effective content
  • Manage the transfer of leads to the sales team
  • Gather information about marketing activity and analytics and share internally

Required abilities:

  • Creative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field
  • 2 or more years’ experience in a relevant marketing role
  • Track record of building brand awareness through content strategy
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns over various mediums
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp
  • Experience in website, SEO, email marketing, social media, and other online marketing tools
  • Excellent time management skills and experience at juggling multiple objectives with effective prioritisation
  • Basic knowledge in graphic design
  • Strong analytical and interpretational skills
  • Team player
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
