In this session we will enjoy input about the strategic challenges of governance, monitoring and presentation of data. There will also be the opportunity for table discussion around the specific demands in your particular area of the University, and different approaches to managing the risks.

High Impact

Following recent development of the Worktribe Impact Product, we talk with some of the institutions that we worked with to develop the new functionality. Why is Impact important to them? What does it mean to their colleagues in different areas? How is the functionality being used? Were there unexpected discoveries in putting it in to practice?

16:00 – 16:45

Change panel

Whatever we are doing right now in our institutions, there is always change around the corner. In this session we will discuss with our panel what we think is next for Research, Curriculum, Professional Services and Technology in the areas that we work in.

Exploring sustainable development goals in your institution

The 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are set to “provide a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future”. Last year the Times Higher Education produced the first impact ranking of universities worldwide, based on those goals. During this session you will have the opportunity to discuss the SDGs, how they apply to University Curriculum and Research teams and what our teams might do to support this agenda.

10:15 – 10:45

Refreshments and networking

10:45 – 11:30

Empowering the experts - that's you!

In this session we will hear from Dr Tracy Nevatte, Director of Research Strategy Delivery at the University of Keele. We all know that it can be challenging to make things happen at speed in the complex environment of a University. Empowering those in the business can help overcome this challenge, both during Implementation Projects and in the Continuous Improvement stage required to deliver on ever changing and developing strategies.

11:30 – 12:00

Final session and what's next

Time for a little reflection on the conference, and to look forward to the future of Worktribe – Development, Implementation, Client partnership, Product partnership, Support and QA.
