Worktribe is a successful, friendly and fast–growing SaaS company providing a market–leading research and teaching platform for universities.
During this continued period of expansion and growth, we are seeking additional Worktribe Consultants to join our team. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across some of the wider research landscape, specifically research outputs and open access, REF, research ethics and governance, contracts, agreements and intellectual property (IP), postgraduate research (PGR) administration, research impact and reporting.
We are also keen to hear from candidates with experience and expertise in setting up and managing complex integrations, and those with experience of working with other SaaS products.
This role will involve managing new customer implementations, running training courses, maintaining ongoing account management, producing documentation, contributing to proposals for product developments, and other activities related to SaaS delivery.
Regular travel will also be involved; on average this will be around 5 days a month.
Responsibilities will include:
● Planning and running implementation projects.
● Regular contact with customers to progress implementation, working closely with development, support, and sales colleagues.
● Delivering consultancy activities such as leading workshops, advising on best practice, supporting data migration, etc.
● Solving complex issues and challenges as they arise, liaising with our product specialists, developers and other colleagues.
● Proactively managing all aspects of the customer relationship; nurturing the relationship, providing support, guidance and adding value.
● Supporting customers in planning their system upgrades.
● Supporting and delivering product demonstrations and training.
● Coordinating resources to meet project goals on time and on–budget.
● Business Process Reviews.
● Producing and continuously improving documentation.
● Monitoring and reporting of key performance indicator (KPI’s).
● Managing a continuous improvement programme for our customers.
We are looking for people who are confident in mastering our university administration products and communicating in person and online with our SaaS customers.
Required abilities and attributes:
● Experience of at least one of the following areas of the research landscape: research outputs and open access; REF; research ethics and governance; contracts, agreements and intellectual property (IP); postgraduate research (PGR) administration; research impact and reporting.
● Expertise and experience in setting up and managing integrations would also be desirable.
● Excellent knowledge of HE administration systems, platforms and processes.
● Skilled and confident communicator.
● Being confident working with senior customer project stakeholders.
● Exceptional organisational skills; proactive, responsive.
● Great attention to detail.
● Passion for customer engagement and success.
● Flexibility to react to changing situations.
● Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
● An enquiring mind.
● Business Analysis and Project Management skills.
● Ability to pick up complex software products quickly from a functional as well as technical perspective.
